My New Evelo

I ordered a Galaxy ST primarily for my wife. However, I am already sure there will be an Aurora coming later this summer!
I will say this about Evelo, as I shopped and fired off emails to others inquiring about bikes and sizing, only two companies were very prompt in getting back to me and answering my every question. One was CERO One with their new cargo ebike, and the other was Evelo. They, Evelo, were amazing, thorough, and prompt. After I ordered and paid they have been still providing excellent feedback, tracking, and emailing me everything I will need to be a happy customer. In a business model that eliminates a middleman, (dealer), they have been the "Amazon" of ebike sellers! This coming from one who owned a brick and mortar bicycle store or two in the 80s and 90s!

Yeah, I have dealt with both Rad and Evelo in terms of after the sale support, and Rad doesn't hold a candle in terms of courtesy, professionalism, speed of response, and solid technical knowledge. Rad will run you through hoops just to trouble-shoot, and make it as painful as possible to get the right part the first time. Evelo actually listens, and is especially good even if you are dealer working on behalf of a customer. Everyone should think about this before buying on line, especially if they are not electrically or mechanically inclined, and they hope a local dealer (who they didn't buy their Rad from) could help them. Evelo's warranty, 4 years, makes this even better. yes more expensive ebike, but far better quality, less likely to need service, but in the end you get what you pay for, in spades.

I would like to add to this short and slightly older thread that the customer service of EVELO convinced me to get and Delta X and customize the heck out of it. It has been an amazing bike for almost the last year and would recommend them highly.
