    X7 Power issue

FYI I did try readjusting the power settings and increasing the number of power levels etc. as you are suggesting. It did not affect the problem I was having at all. right now the only redeeming quality I can think of with his bike is that it has taught me to really learn the ins and outs of...

    New owner , EAHORA X7 N, 750W

I have experienced the same condition as you with regard to the throttle and power. I have not been able to get the bike to provide full power regardless of power setting. It appears that the bike is designed to not allow this to happen and they make a cryptic reference to it in the manual...

    New owner , EAHORA X7 N, 750W

The Eahora bike is quite heavy and the brakes that were installed are not quite up to task. I upgraded my rotors to 180 mm shimano as well as installing Tetro Aries brakes. Now the brakes perform as you would expect based on the speed and weight of this bike especially going downhill. I was not...

    X7 Power issue

The pedal assist on this bike stopped working completely shortly after I took it home from assembly. It has not worked since. The company sent me a replacement pedal sensor, controller, and some wiring. All of these items were installed at a shop at my cost. Still the bike is not working with...

Power Intermittent on 2018 Ejoe Epic SE

Recently I am hearing a rubbing sound while pedaling my 2018 EJoe epic SE. The sound is regular and seems to occur once during each turn of the pedals. And now the pedal assist and throttle assist has become intermittent. The battery tests good. Any suggestions for addressing this issue? Thanks.

    Quick disconnect cable connectors

Is there any special technique to separating the quick disconnect connectors that go between various components on Ebikes? Like for example between the display module and sensors, motor cut off sensors, etc.? I'm thinking you just pull them apart but on my bike they feel pretty tight and I don't...

    Brake Upgrade ( 3 )

Percy I have decided to try the bigger rotor router. I'm going to go with 180 mm. I assume this means I have to replace the adapter, in which case can you suggest how I can still go about finding the correct one? Thanks.

Brake upgrade for 2015 epik se

Generally speaking the brakes just aren't strong enough for me to feel safe on steep downhill rides. I have replace the pads and now I'm looking at increasing the rotor size.

My display does not give a voltage read out. It is a sub bare-bones arrangement.

RMK thanks for the feedback. I did open things up and didn't find any loose wiring. eahora is now saying it's probably a bad sensor. They are sending me out a new one.

It does not happen with throttle only. In fact that's the way I've been riding the bike using the throttle along with pedaling as my "manual" pedal assist. Very disappointing not to be able to use the pedal assist mode which is the way I am a custom to writing these ebikes.

GD, FYI there are options in the settings menu to make the change you asked about in addition to many more. However there is also a warning in red letters not to change any of those settings! So the option is there but apparently you get into it at your own risk. RMK How did you go about...
