    I wanted a 28mph bike...being so fat I hope I picked the right one. My buddies ride road bikes and run 20-22mph. My Allroad won't keep up. Hope the Strommer will.

    Ah nice!
    ST1 platinum is a very capable bike!
    With all due respect, for your weight, a 48V system may serve you better. You might be able to get an ST2 during this fire sale.

    I am at the summit of my wife's tolerance with regards to purchase price with the Platinum...if I go to the ST2 I may be sleeping in the spare bedroom!
