This Park Tools video saved me a trip to the local bike shop: link to YouTube The video is a bit long and I had to watch it a few times; but it covers all aspects of tuning the Rear Derailleur In my case, I wasn't getting to the top gear and the chain wasn't sitting centered, for the mid gears.

I find the position makes it easier to give a quick glance at the mirror, because the backdrop is usually the road; which is a more static background, against the moving objects in the mirror.

Any update ? My bike started (or maybe I just never noticed before) making a faint ticking noise, in the rear, when I was pedaling in PAS level 2 (+/- 22 mph). Turns out some of the spokes on the rear tire weren't hand tight. $5 later on Amazon, no more ticking time bomb Spoke wrench

I think you said that you tried this already, but have you tried "Current Limit: Normal", which would mimic CarlW ?

You would probably end up having to use a local store. To get all of the needed components right the first time.

That's unfortunate, not much can be done about the seating position, in stock form. If you're after an upright position, you can look into a curved handlebar. Once Wallke sorts out your controller issue, you should see 27 - 29 mph.

Just for my education, under "Current Limit", what are your options ? Mine are: 07 - 22, in increments of 1, with 18A being my factory/current setting.

@camdon44 , I think the culprit is in your advanced settings. My "Assistant Num" is set to the default of 12; which is the midpoint, of the range. Also, it looks like your controller has a newer firmware. As my Current limit doesn't have a "Sport" option

I sent you a link, to the manual, for the controller These are my voltage settings for each of my 5 PAS levels: As a suggestion: Take a pic of your advanced settings, then compare them to mine. Specifically the voltage, mine from the factory is set to 48v. Let me know if you still have issues

I'll be curious to see how you compare the 26" to the 20" fat tire bikes, purely on the ride ability.
