They say to remove the batteries, as well as shutting the bike off, before removing the wheel.
My wife made transport covers out of neoprene. They were inexpensive and simple to make. Sewing machine, scissors, neoprene, wooden dowel on each side, and a Velcro strap in the middle.
I use a Hollywood Racks Sport Rider for two Superdelites. The rack is very sturdy. The hooks that slide down on the frame fit down on the frame okay. I recommend locking the suspension and removing the batteries and lock. The only drawback is that it does not have a ramp.
Have you tried loosening the clamps at the top of the stem and then pivoting the Kiox cockpit? I am thinking about doing this on my Superdelight to raise the original handlebars to a more upright position. The left side uses a 5mm hex wrench. The 5mm hex wrench does not fit on the right side...
I’m sorry you are still waiting. The Superdelites are amazing. We explored two local trails yesterday. We could never attempt them on our urban bikes. The Rock Razor tires roll just fine on pavement, and they shine on the trail. Our urban bikes were step through, and we were out of practice...
I planned on using this type of solution, but with the fork mounts screwed to a board. Unfortunately, this solution only works with forks that have dropouts. It does not work with through-axle forks.
