    Thanks for that. I didn't realize you were just using phone. I know hub drives are not good climbers, so I guess this eMTB is a trail/path bike.

    Here is my take on the 'remaining distance' This is forever updating, and if by chance at the end of your ride you went up a small hill, it will key on that data. IME the battery will be the same... no drop-off until you get to 10% battery remaning, and then it might only let you ride in Eco or...

    MR. BOB.....pull the motor mount bolts out one at a time, pack grease around the bolts and install.....if you want with threadlocker. Re-torque.

    I watched the video. You will notice the rider never sits on the saddle. I have ridden hardtail with yamaha motor on aluminum frame, and it beat my rear end. 43lbs of bike, motor and battery on alloy frame with 33mm tires in the dirt?! No thanks.

    RapidDog, you must be in Altadena. David will let you test ride those bikes until you find the one you like. I rode 6 of them over a period of 2 days. Then decided on the one he handed me from the start.

    I do understand YOU. When you turn on the bike the assist should be off. You do not turn on the LCD display, it comes on when you power on the bike. I am asking you a question, and hoping for an answer. Do you power on the bike while riding the bike?

    As far as I can tell, when you power on the bike there will not be any assist. .. it is off. You then choose the level you want. Odometer should work in the no assist level. Maybe check your magnet on the rear wheel..... magnet should line up with the line on the sensor on the chainstay....look...
