The custom battery box looks really well done. Actually, the whole bike does. 👏

Although I can appreciate the effort and craftmanship, as I possess no skill to custom make a battery box like that, I think I would rather have a 60V pack with normal Hailong or Reention pack.

Yup, great looking bike! I like the custom battery box as well. Is that something you built? More detail please.

2 things I see are both about cable routing. First is the throttle wire. I looks like it's fouling the shift lever, but could be just the camera angle. I notice that as I prefer my throttle be on the right as well (actually, I demand it be on the right), and when setting a new bike up, I have a lot of trouble getting it all set up so it's just right.

The other issue is the brake cable. That's just looking for an excuse to foul the wheel or tire and lock up the front brake. That cable would be run up the OUTSIDE of the fork on my bike.

I'd like to hear more details? The "Custom factory ordered plug n play 45A sine save controller (L1019)."
What "factory" sold you that? Is this one of Bolton's kits? Where did you get the motor? Reason for going 8 speed? Any trouble installing/would you recommend others go to an 8 speed?

Thanks, -Al

Any reason why you went with 223mm rather than 230mm?

I don't know if 230mm is a new thing, but I was curious if 230mm was already available, why you decided to go with the 223mm.
