6'7" Rider Looking for an All-Mountain eBike

Right now I have my sights set on either on of the Specialized Turbo Levo FSR's (XL size) or one of the all-mountain Haibikes. But I don't understand Haibikes sizes as they relate to rider height. The turbo Levo at XL would be undersize for me. I would need a Specialized XXL frame according to their tables but the Turbo Levo goes up only to XL.

On the Haibike side I've only seen the dimensions of the different sizes of frames, but that is not helpful for a newbie like me. Also is is interesting to note that the "all-mountain" Haibike fattie is hardtail with 100m of travel, which doesn't make sense to a newbie like me. Only the ones with normal tires are full suspension at 150 mm of travel.

On the other hand the Specialized has fattie tires, AND full suspension with 140mm travel.

Any advice would be great. I'm especially interested in knowing which of these two all-mountain bikes is actually larger and if there is an All-Mountain ebike adequate for mi 6'7"height. I know Haibike has the full nine series which seem to be larger but those are for "light off-road", and I'm interested in more aggressive riding.

(I used ride some very knarly downhill back in the day.)

Any help would be appreciated. I'm open to hearing about other brands as well, it just seems these are the better two at the moment. Thanks.

Given your downhill experience best to look at FS bike with 140-160mm travel, with dropper seatpost. As for sizing qualified shop staff should be able to help you out, do try a few different bikes at different shops. Most importantly do a long test ride (2-3 hours), before purchasing.

Thanks for the advice Trevor. In the end I purchased a Haibike XDuro Allmountain 7.0. I will take delivery of it tomorrow. So excited!!!

Good choice, you will love Bosch drive system. The power delivery is excellent, from doing low speed tight corners to powering up steep open fire trails.
