Cannot get a hold of Falco??

Has anyone else had trouble contacting Falco? I need help with diagnosing a console issue. I've emailed, called, and left a message with Rakesh. But nothing! No callback, email reply or anything. Not sure how to get a hold of them for service? I have an ICE trike with a Falco system. My console has issues that I would like help with please.

Hey Tom, I emailed them last week and got a short reply from a John Watkins. I had asked several questions about some of the 2018 console products, but he replied briefly that they wouldn't be available for another two weeks, and then omittted answering my other questions. I called and asked for him, but was told he was busy and would call me back. I said OK do you have my number, and the guy said oh yeah and took it down. I haven't heard back. Very unRakeshlike..

Thanks, that's too bad, pretty good product but service could use some help. Sometimes companies don't realize how important good communication is. Good communication goes a long way towards repeat buying and spreading the word to others for a recommendation. They are hurting themselves by not communicating.

I don't think it's permanent. Rakesh must be out of the country. Hell, I even had him personally call me at home!

Yes, I have too, he has my cell number. If he is not available, which is completely understandable, he should instruct his employees to be courteous and give a quick email or call back to just confirm they are busy or what ever the case may be. I did a great review on the system when I first installed it, on Bentrideronline.com. Rakesh himself has always treated me well, just very hard to get a hold of. I have never been able to connect with anyone on the company phone, maybe just my luck.

wow...it sucks to see that im having the same problem as all of you as i am about to head out across america in a week with a system that doesnt seem to work...i had better luck with a $151 chinese kit until it failed and the battery exploded during a recharge

does anyone know the programming parameters for the phone app...like how to connect "to the motor"?
