Fischer 1865 (Bafang, €1500) vs. Montis 6 (Brose Drive S, €2100)

While hunting for a good deal and having Fischer recommended in response to an earlier question, I am a little torn if I should spend the extra dough.
Both a 29in wheel, 21in frame models that would fit me

EM 1865 comes with Bafang Max Drive 557 Wh, BR-M 447 brakes, Deore XT x9 link

Deore XT x9 seems awkward, since Deore XT x9 isn't really sold any more. On the other hand, it's an €600 difference ...

Can the quality of the frame and wheels be determined from pictures?
