Gocycle service - kudos


I bought a slightly-used show demo G3 from Gocycle, and like it a lot, but after about a month it went dead. The battery seemed to be OK, but the bike just would not power on.
So I contacted customer service, and after a few back-and-forth emails about simple diagnostics, they offered to ship the bike back across country to their facility in Minnesota at their expense.
Once the bike got there, Jeremy diagnosed, repaired, and turned it around and shipped it in one day. It's on the way right now, and should be back here in Oregon six days after shipping.
Needless, I'm very pleased by their responsiveness and fast service, particularly during this pandemic. I'd recommend them to anyone, with or without a local dealer. :)
