GreenBikeKit Issues

Hey guys I just wanted to give you a heads up on a recent attempted purchase from GreenBikeKit.
Back on 8-12-21 I placed an order in the amount of $643.14 and recieved an order # 100015099 and then waited for some sort of update info on my order.
Checking my order status on their site and all it says is "Processing" and trying to contact them via the "Contact Us" tab on their site will not complete the process.
Sent a direct E-mail reply to "Anna", who I think is a rep associate from a previous order of some Ultra gaskets that went through fine and I recieved them within a couple of weeks so I thought all was good.
So since I can't get any update info and it's been over a month I contacted my CC company and will let them handle the issue. Probably shouldn't of waited a month before raising the red flag but you know how it goes.

Not bad mouthing the company just wanted to post up my latest experience with them good or bad.

I ordered motor gaskets from this place. After a week or so I emailed them to inquire if my order had shipped. They replied back fairly quick with order status and shipping date. Got what I ordered within a few weeks. Back order as previously mentioned does sound plausible for your order.

No way to contact them via website or e-mail the 6 times I tried. I got my gaskets pretty quick also. Kinda surprised that this order took the turn it did.
