i also received my Vaude SilkRoad Plus. I ordered from a German firm called Exxpozed. Excellent service, and the bag is high quality -- but it is tiny. I assumed it would take a small laptop, important for my commute. But it will really only take a repair kit and a few other small items, and the paniers are so small as to be nearly useless. So that was $96 delivered to the USA for not a lot. The XLC bag in Jayvee's post looks bigger and with a more useful opening.
My bag absolutely won't take a laptop, even the smallish 12-13" variants. For that you should get a messenger type bag.
The one I have is optimal for either a regular Yamaha or Bosch battery. My Yamaha battery is 36 cms long and just fits.
