Hello, how to access battery info on surface 604 shred

have a surface 604 shred and was wondering if anyone knows if the battery info in advanced settings work or is it just there. I can never get
Any info from it.

I have the Werk and can say that it is just there. No info is passed.

All the battery info fields are blank on my 2023 V Rook with the optional 20 Ah battery. Ditto on my wife's 2023 V Rook with the standard 14 Ah battery:
