Heya!

Heya everyone from the world. I own a Schwinn Boundary bike since March of 2018. I then upgraded it to a Ebike October 23rd. It's been going great for me. It had a 48v 10.4ah battery and a 1000w front wheel kit, but then I upgraded it to a better system. The battery was upgraded to a 52v 17.5ah battery, and for some reason, it threw sparks at me from the new battery when I noticed the wire from the 1000w controller was too thin. I went out and upgraded the system to a thicker wire to support it and it was amazing. It gave me about 10 miles at the most with the old battery, but the new one gave me almost 40 miles in a day. I was tired of the old battery. The old battery gave me 429 hours on my bike, but this new one's gone further. The old battery did get me over 6100 miles to the point the odometer reset. So far, the bike's just down and i'm basically desperate to fix it, but gave up trying anymore. What happened was when I upgraded the battery, I didn't upgrade the controller and this new battery threw more voltage through it. At a standstill, it pulled 1800w at the max, and usually sat to about 1200w to pull me around instead of 1200w at the max, then 1000w getting me around on the old battery. Eventually the battery burned the controller board up. Where the negative terminal was connected, it was burned badly. I went home and fixed it after seeing it starting to glow and almost go up in smoke. I went back outside, and the bike just shutoff. I checked it and tried to start it back up, but blew two of the Mosfets..so it blew last month on the 18th, so i've been stuck at home forever and I hate it a lot. So the motor's basically stuck at 8,127 miles and 490 hours and 33 minutes. But the bike does have a few red and blue flashing lights on it and I added my own blinkers to it as well that runs off some separate 9v batteries and a nice headlight too! But yeah, i'm stuck at home and i'm starting to regret fixing on it and just start to give up.

Thanks! I'll try to keep up with that! ;) Currently I need to order a new rotor since my current one might be fried out from a bad spike.
