When reviewing e-bike specs I notice min seam specs. If my in seam figure is 29" will a bike with min in seam of 30 or 31" be incorrect for me? thanks

I would think that would mean the seat cannot be lowered enough to have you reach the pedals.
Are you are using a measured inseam, (to the floor) instead of just using the inseam on a pair of your pants, right? CN

More than likely, yes. However there is only one way to confirm and that is to test ride the bike. I you can't test ride it, don't buy it.

I'm going to install a rear adapter plate on a Rad Mini ST this weekend. It has a cheap pogo post on it but the seat is slammed all the way down. It also has the stem reversed to allow easier reach to the bars. The owner is on the shorter side. I can measure the seat with the cheap pogo post in its lowest setting for you. I can also get the riders height as well. If you want pictures with rider on Mini for reference I'll need a PM cell number and I'll get them for you this weekend. LMK.
