Omni App problems

i just purchased a new ST1X yesterday, amazing bike but having problems with the app. I’ve downloaded the app to my iPhone and enter my email address to create a new account but have not received a reply with a password.

I’m wondering if it takes a while to receive the email to proceed with activating the app ?

First, when the dealer sets up an account, you will receive an email from the Stromer and only then you can set a password and login to connect with your bike.

Thanks for the quick reply. I’ll stop by the dealer tomorrow to check the status. They were probably busy yesterday with their Black Friday sale.

same problem over here, with my brand new ST1X 2018 street legal version for france. I don't get any activation email... so I need to wait for my dealer to set up an OMNI account for me ... that's not so great... they could have said that more clearly .

I had the same problem, fortunately was able to find the answer here :). The dealer needed the VIN for the bike (yes, it has a vehicle ID # like a car), my email, phone and address. I received an email about an hour later so the process was pretty quick after the initial delay. Still seems bizarre to me that the dealer has to setup and register the bike...
