Poor condition and damage during shipping of the CrossCurrent S2

I am very close to ordering a Juiced CrossCurrent S2 ebike but after reading several nightmarish stories about the poor condition of the bikes when received by the buyers, I am starting to get cold feet. From missing parts to damaged bikes, I'm starting to wonder if this is the norm for Juiced bikes or just a few exceptions to the rule. I truly hope receiving an ebike from Juiced will be a good decision and satisfying purchase. I would like to think the vast majority of CrossCurrent S2 bikes are being received in good condition. PLEASE give some input if possible. Thank you!
