8/6/20 Wallke website blog updates: says they start shipping on 8/10 - hurray!
8/8/20 Wallke website blog updates: 1st container arrives at warehouse, 2nd container from has the Matte Gray and will take a little longer
8/11/20 UPS and Wallke reports label created 8/11 WOW!
8/13/20 No delivery
8/14/20 No delivery - Wallke says UPS only picks up every three days now due to COVID. No updates from UPS either - 3 days have come and gone...
8/16/20 No delivery - Wallke says UPS can't scan all order/goods after picking up!!! And too late to update logistics!!! Are you kidding me?? "Please wait for awhile"
8/18/20 No delivery - Wallke honors the $70 off for the Flash Sale since I purchased prior to that being available - which was nice.
8/19/20 No delivery - Wallke opens pop-up store in Glendale - emailed them and offered to drive down to pick up... no answer.
8/20/20 No delivery - Still waiting... no updates to me nor on the website

Your package had been picked by the UPS ground, but they are experiencing delays and it will take a bit longer to process your request. We’ve already escalated the matter and I will keep you posted. I apologise for any inconvenience caused. I would like to really apologize for the extremely delayed update, but there were some internal misunderstandings, that had to be cleared. Shipment movement information will only be captured when tracking labels are scanned in the UPS delivery system. UPS had scaned the most of package, but some packages have not been scanned.

We are willing to offer you the tracking number list, which was shipped from 8/11/20.

Whoa, thats a damn fine analysis. Dude wants his bike and I don't blame him. Hopefully this gets his bike to him....if he wouldn't have done that work how long would that take to get worked out?

Well Im sure after Wallke sees how bad you want to be on that Wallke bike their going to do whatever they can to get you on it.

Im sure this will help them get it sorted out.

Sorry about the slow delivery. I had confirmed with Wallke warehouse colleague, they responded that All the 8/17 package had been picked up by UPS few days ago. UPS had scaned the most of package, but some packages have not been scanned. Could you wait a little bit more? The shipping information will be updated soon. Thank you a lot for your time and effort.

UPS finally found my bike at 5am this morning!! Should be here tomorrow!

Max - I ordered back on 8/20 and I have not received an update on the order since 8/24. When I ordered the Matte Black X3 Pro it was in stock, have those shipped yet? Or are they part of the Sept pre orders now?

Just saw an update on UPS that the bike has shipped as of 9/4 @ 2:25pm from Ontario, CA. This is great news!!! Really looking forward to getting this bike.

Its a great bike - just need to work out the kinks - thoroughly check out the bike. I think those who got their bikes via Fed Ex had less damage, The shipping cartons and internal packaging can not stand up UPS handling.

Good to know and will do. Reading a lot of post about different derailers and such, hopefully that won't be an issue, but I am preparing myself.

Ordered mine in gray August 31 st amazon says delivery by October 22 has anyone else been given these estimates, is it that the product isn’t even manufactured yet ?

It ships from China then customs then Wallke in Ontario, ca then ups then you. So check with sales at wallke.
