Rear wheel got in an argument with a stick going through the woods (terrible crunch with lurch) and came away with a broken spoke. I see different sources, but would like to find somebody that can/will ship right away? Can anyone share a source that might be able to help?

If it makes any difference it's a 13 gauge spoke (2.27mm) that's 210mm long. Prefer stainless, black, but will take anything the right length.

Thanks! -Al

Many LBS' have a spoke cutter. The spoke stock costs about $2.00. Have them make a few spares. Once the cutter is set up it is easy to knock off a few of the same dimension. Look for any shop that builds wheels in your area. For an additional fee they will look it over and pro true the wheel in a stand.

I just ordered 36 Sapim Strong, 13G at elbow and 14G at the rim. About 1 buck each. About my fifth order in as many years. He used to sell on ebay, but no longer does that. He's pretty fast. All by paypal, so you have buyer protection.

For 12G, 13G, 14G spokes, ebay seller "childhood dreams" carries silver ones. He's in Olney, Illinois and also ships fast. I tried to get him to cut a little extra thread on one order, but he said his machine won't do it. A little more thread helps if you get the length too long.

I only use the Grin online calculator. I tried the DT Swiss calculator and another one, and they gave different lengths.

Somebody shared these guys with me not long after my first Grin order. Grin is good people, but their freight and handling is VERY expensive. Wheel Builder has had my next 3 orders for spokes out withing 2-3 days. Super to deal with, and I've found since they have a great reputation.
