They said it can't be done.

I use my ebike for commuting on city streets. A while back I got sick of all the problems with regular bicycle lights and turn signals like bad wireless signals not activating the light, or the lights are just too dim or too small for car traffic to see clearly, then the recharging, changing batteries, poor quality mounting solutions, etc. I decided I wanted to put motorcycle lights on my ebike. That way they are bigger, brighter, clearly recognizable, mounted securely, and 100% wired.
I asked around all over the internet, in all the ebike forums. I look up Youtube videos (there aren't any). I even went to Reddit begging for help. Everyone said it can't be done. Maybe I'm just a stubborn old man, but I refuse to be told something can't be done. So I did it. It's actually not that complicated at all. I even added a bluetooth stereo amp, a full-system killswitch, and I'm installing a car cigarette lighter to carry around an AC converter in my saddle bag for an electric tire pump. It also has 2x USB charging ports.

I know the wiring is a mess, but there are a few things I need to finish up still and i'm going to properly route all the wiring at that time.

Well I don't know why they say it couldn't be done because I've seen turn signal kits on AliExpress.

Anyways, that's awesome, well done!

I dunno because I have been using a tail/brake light turn signal that hooks to my saddle for at least 3 years now? It also is completely wireless connection for operation and has a brake light deceleromter also. It was under $50 bucks on Amazon. Oh, and it also has laser lane.

My bikes are completely DIY btw but if there is something out there that will work instead I guess I go that route.

Updated wiring. Much cleaner and more organized. The box is smaller too, and has more room inside due to better planning.

Did the outside with leather this time, and the killswitch is inside the box rather than mounted to the outside.
