I'm a UK member so limited to UK bikes, 250w motors and 15MPH
Looking for a bike that has the following:

Hydraulic disc brakes
Is a MTB
Front suspension
Preferably mudguards
Can have a rack fitted or comes with one
Can do 40 miles or more on one charge

This is the commute i'd like to do, there and back without charging:

https://www.google.co.uk/maps/dir/L...d2a6fb49cb8!2m2!1d-1.1397592!2d52.6368778!3e1

So it is quite hilly.
There are two I like the look of, this:

But has no eyelets for a rack and also is only a 13ah battery. Would that be able to do the trip? And this:

http://wooshbikes.co.uk/?rio-fb

Which can be had with a 15ah battery, has a rack installed. Downsides are it has no front suspension but it has big tyres so shouldnt matter too much. However the big tyres are a downside IMO as my route is mainly roads, so i'd be stuck with a 3 inch wide rim and therefor very wide tyres.

Not interested in building my own either.

Can anyone help?

A 250 watt drive at 15 mph and less, with 13 to 15 amp hour battery pack, you should be able to get 40 miles with some decent effort on your part. Looking at your route, you have 16 miles one way and it's really not all that hilly.

If you could charge during the day before your return trip, it would be a breeze.

If you need a rack for a bike that doesn't have mounts there are options like this:

The Woosh bikes represent a real bargain in ebikes, you're lucky to have that option in the UK.

Good luck in your search!

So you think a 13ah battery would easily take me that route and back on one charge?

It can. You're a young guy (26?) and the route isn't that challenging. I would charge midway if you can. Not only would charging assure you get there, it would prolong the pack's life span. 32 miles, the 13 ah would allow 14.6 watt hour per mile. Very doable.

Read this review of the Woosh Karoo that I carried out last year, paying particular attention to the elevation gain and mileage achieved from just one battery charge cycle. http://www.pedelecs.co.uk/forum/threads/2016-woosh-karoo-hub-drive.23864/

With foam grips fitted, and a suspension seat post, the Karoo might make a viable alternative for you.
I prefer the looks of the Rio though. It has a more powerful motor apparently but may suffer less range as a result. As long as it can make the trip I suggested i'll buy it
