EMOJO Bikes was founded in 2013 in Irvine, California. It is the brainchild of Elaine Guo and Mario Cisneros, two business partners and longtime friends. Elaine brings decades of experience in the management and business fields while Mario is a motorcycle designer and product planner, specializing in mass production systems. They own motorcycle, scooter, and bicycle manufacturing facilities in Shanghai, China and have been in that business since 1997, ebikes are their newest product line.
