Téo Vélo is an electric bike company based in Montreal Canada, focused predominantly on fat e-bikes. The founder, Benoit, fell in love with fat tire bikes when he stumbled across a dealer demo near his family cottage on the shores of the St. Lawrence River. He had never seen such large tires and so many smiles. The enthusiasm and joy of the people who came back from test rides that day amazed and inspired him. The comments were unanimous FUN!

And so, Benoit started looking on YouTube, even watching videos from Electric Bike Review, determined to create his own special line of fat bikes. He purchased several of the leading products at that time and recognized the advantages of each. Through rigorous testing, a bit of international travel to China, and a heart full of creativity, the first Téo fat bike was born. The line has since expanded to include several models and accessory options.

Téo Vélo Inc. is a family owned business located in the beautiful city of Montreal in the province of Quebec, Canada. Distribution is handled directly, without intermediaries, through their online shop TeoFatBike.com The Téo name is a reference to the family dog, a Bernese mountain dog.
