Founded in 2008, A2B are creators of the bespoke internal motor system, and an early manufacturer of true eBikes. The German design team at A2B has created a full line of 11 electric bike models, each named after an influential engineer, inventor or scientist. A2B’s products are primarily aimed at the urban/commuting user, balancing comfort and speed with design. They are makers of bikes with pedal assistance only as well as bikes with throttle power in addition to petal assistance, with motors in 250w, 350w, and 500w sizes. A2B also makes a line of custom accessories which includes carriers and bags.
The 2015 A2B Kuo+ is a much improved version of the 2013/2014 Kuo.
